基于治未病理论的"112干预模式"对社区糖尿病患者血脂干预效果分析
Analysis of Effect of "112 Intervention Model" Based on "Preventive Treatment of Disease" Theory on Blood Lipid of Community Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of "112 intervention model"(a series of basic health lecture ,a faith of healthy behavior,two measures for promoting healthy behavior) on blood lipid of community patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus visiting Luoyuan community clinics of the second affiliated hospital of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group was intervened by the "112 intervention model" and the control group was given commu-nity conventional treatments. The blood lipid level of the two groups were observed before intervention ,6 months after intervention,12 months after intervention and 18 months after intervention,respectively. Results:Eighteen months after intervention,compared with those before intervention,the levels of low density lipopro-tein,cholesterol and triacylglycerol of the intervention group were improved,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the differences were also statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The "112 intervention model" can significantly improve the blood lipid level of pa-tients with diabetes mellitus in community.关键词
