张传清治疗糖尿病足经验
ZHANG Chuanqing's Experience in Treating Diabetic Foot
摘要
Abstract
Professor ZHANG Chuanqing holds the view that the basic pathogenesis of diabetic foot is the obstruction of meridians and collateral vessels caused by the weakness of the liver,spleen and kidney,as well as the deficiency of qi and blood. The stagnation of qi and blood can be transformed into evil heat which finally results in the rot of the flesh and the pus. So the deficiency and the accumulated pathogenic factors are the main pathogenic features of the disease. In treatment ,professor ZHANG pays his attention to the combination of holistic syndrome differentiation and topical treatment ,as well as the mix of reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic factors. He is good at using the modified Gubu decoction in the Bianzheng Lu which can reinforce the healthy qi,promote the blood circulation,remove the dampness and free the collateral vessels and has a good curative efficacy.关键词
