杜仲树皮产量和活性成分含量与生长指标的相关性分析
Correlation of Eucommia ulmoides Bark Yield and Active Ingredient Content with Growth and Development Characters

Abstract
Using 136 bark samples from 4 areas of Wangcang County,Guangyuan City,the correlations of bark yield and active ingredient contents with age,plant height,diameter at breast height and bark thickness of Eucommia ulmoides were studied to provide references for breeding good varieties.The content of active ingredients in E.ulmoides barks was determined by HPLC method,and the bark yield was calculated in the alive condition.The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid and pinoresinol diglucoside in E.ulmoides barks was 0.079%~1.208% and 0.068%~5.251% respectively,and the average annual bark yield was 0.03~2.56 kg.In the 6~28-year-old samples,the content of active ingredients was mainly negtively correlated with plant age and diameter at breast height,and the bark yield was positively correlated with the age,plant height,diameter at breast height and bark thickness.Therefore,tree age and diameter at breast height could be chosen as the prior indexes for variety breeding.关键词
