发酵豆粕对断奶~2月龄肉兔生长发育、血清生化及肠道发育的影响
Effects of Fermented Soybean Meal on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemistry and Intestinal Development of Weaner to Two-Month-Old Growing Meat Rabbits

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to research the effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance,serum biochemistry and intestinal development of weaner to 2-month-old growing meat rabbits.One hundred and fifty weanling meat rabbits with average body weight of(748±50)g were randomly divided into 5 groups.The rabbits in the 5 groups were fed experimental diets containing 0,3%,6%,9% and 12% fermented soybean meal respectively.The experiment included a pretrial period of 7 days and an experimental period of 23 days.The results were as follows:dietary fermented soybean meal level had no significant influence on average daily feed intake(ADI),average daily gain(ADG)and ratio of feed to gain(F/G).Dietary fermented soybean meal level significantly affected the contents of serum cholesterol(CHO)(P<0.05),but had no significant influence on total protein(TP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)(P>0.05).With the increase of fermented soybean meal level,the serum urine nitrogen(SUN)showed a down trend(P=0.0562).The dietary fermented soybean meal level also had significant effect on villous height of duodenum,mast cell number,lactobacillus and colibacillus(P<0.05).In conclusion,the dietary fermented soybean meal level had no significant influence on growing performance,but could promote the intestine development and improve the microbial population status of weaner to 2-month-old meat rabbits.关键词
