摘要

Abstract

To understand the chemical constituents of Pseudostellaria heterophylla for clarifying its pharmacological basis,different types of column chromatography (CC) including macroporous resin CC,silica gel CC,reversed phase C18 CC and Sephadex LH-20 CC were employed for their isolation and purification.As a result,ten compounds were isolated and structurally determined as 3-furanmethanol α-D-galactopyranoside (1),piceid (2),dihydroferulic acid methyl ester (3),benzoic acid (4),caffeine (5),thymidine (6),salicylic acid (7),dihydroferulic acid (8),adenosine (9) and heterophyllin B(10) on the basis of NMR and HR-MS.1 was a new compound,and 2-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
