摘要

Abstract

Eleven N-containing compounds were isolated from a culture broth of the fungal strainAspergillus sp.SCSIO 41501 isolated from the China South Sea gorgonian Melitodessquamata.They were identified as13-(S)-ochratoxin A (1),13-(S)-ochratoxin A methyl ester (2),13-(R)-ochratoxin A (3),4-(R)-OH-ochratoxin A (4),18-OH-ochratox-in A (5),transtorine (6),quinolactacin C1 (7),marinamide (8),methyl Marinamide (9),aspergilliamide (10),and anoectochine(11) on the basis of spectroscopic analyses (1 D NMR and ESI-MS) and by comparison of the NMR data with literatures.All the compounds were tested for their antibacterial activity.Compounds2and 3showed moderateantibacterial activity against Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 31.25,7.8,15.6μg/mL for 2,and 62.5,31.25,62.5 μg/mL for 3,respectively.
