Abstract
In order to solve the problems existing in the coal-water slurry and oxygen pipelines of the Texaco pressurized gasifier system, based on the careful analysis of them, a renovation and optimization was carried out, so as to effectively achieve the safe operation, outage, oxygen pipeline pressure relief and manual purging of the gasifier system. The safety sequence control of the gasifier system was introduced, and the route and sequence of nitrogen purging of water-coal slurry and oxygen pipelines were described in detail.关键词
