摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of information encryption in traditional emergency communication network,a design of information encryption and decryption system for emergency communication network is proposed. HIE algorithm is used to per-form the chaos processing for data information. The processed data information without decoding can′t be read,even if it is leaked. The hyperchaos calculation processing is adopted to guarantee the rigor of data encryption,and avoid the possibility of information decoding by means of probability. In order to verify the effectiveness of the information encryption and decryption system for emer-gency communication network,the contrast and simulation experiment was designed. The experimental data shows that the informa-tion encryption and decryption system of emergency communication network can encrypt the information data effectively.
