摘要
Abstract
When the X-ray inspection of the girth weld was carrying out in a pipeline construction project,in the 1500 girth weld X-film found in 20 girth weld near the metal on the existence of suspected defects which 7 defects exceed the standard.Through field investigation,metallographic analysis,SEM and energy spectrum analysis to analyze the suspected defect,according to the analyzing results,the causes are due to the end of the welding electrode and the steel pipe leading to poor contact arc discharge,the internal pores was produced when the defective parts of metal experienced high temperature melting and then re-crystallization.Some suggestions are put forward for reference.关键词
