摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of autologous fat grafting combined with Botulinum Toxin mentalis injection in Chin augmentation. Methods We summarized 53 cases with different degree of microgenia who accepted this treatment. The fat volumes for injection were 4-16m(average8.5ml). All of them were combined with Botulinum Toxin mentalis injection,to reduce the tension of the chin. 3-12months later to judge the effectiveness of the application. Results 53 cases were followed-up for 3 to 12 months. All cases were obviously improved. Two of them want to get a second injection. All of them were satisfied with the outcomes, without complication occurred. Conclusion Autologous fat grafting combined with Botulinum Toxin mentalis injection in Chin augmentation is an Operation that can replace Prosthesis implantation and the filler.关键词
