Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Q 1064 laser combined with vitamin C in the treatment of yellow brown spot. Methods 84 patients with chloasma from May 2015-2016 year in May in our hospital,according to patients,divided into control group (odd numbers) and study group (ShuangHao),the control group treated by Q-1064 laser combined with Q 1064nm laser,the research group and vitamin C,the incidence of the treatment effect and adverse reaction. Results Two groups of patients before treatment of melanin index,erythema index,wrinkles index and moisture content was no significant difference (P>0.05), indexes of two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment,the study group better than the control group (P<0.05), the effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the adverse reaction was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of Q 1064nm laser in patients with chloasma and vitamin C therapy can significantly improve the index of melanin index,erythema index,wrinkles index and water content, improve the treatment efficiency,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,have ideal effect and safety.关键词
