秦皇岛市120例重度痤疮学生的心理及睡眠质量状况临床调查分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the psychological and sleep quality of 120 cases of severe acne students in Qinhuangdao City.Methods 120 cases from July 2013 to July 2016 in our hospital department of Dermatology, medical college students and trainee medical students as the research object were the observation group, patients with severe acne, in the same period to acne free medical students as a control group of 60 cases in our hospital department of Dermatology trainee object, a detailed record of severe acne and acne students the students of clinical data the calculation, all patients and no acne students SAS, SDS, PSQI and SCL-90 scores, analysis and comparison. Results The anxiety rate was 78.33% in the severe acne patients, and the moderate anxiety and anxiety rate were 45.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The depression rate was 65.00% in the patients with severe acne and 43.33% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The scores of PSQI in patients with severe acne were significantly higher than those of normal acne students, and the quality of sleep was poor. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Patients with severe acne were significantly higher in interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid and SCL-90 scores than those without normal acne, and the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Severe acne students are more prone to anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, more psychological disorders, adverse mood and affect the quality of sleep, increase acne, seriously hinder the patient learning, work and life, reduce the quality of life.关键词
