果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy for treating Avne Vulgaris by Glycolic Acid Peeling with Minocycline. Methods Ninety patients were enrolled in treatment group, control 1 and 2 group randomly.Thirty patients of treatment group were treated twice a month for six weeks by Glycolic Acid combining with Minocycline 100mg one time a day for six weeks Thirty patients of control 1 group were treated by Glycolic Acid and the 30 patients of control 2 group taking Minocycline only respectively. Results The markedly effective rate of treatment group 83.3% and that control 1 group and control 2 group was 56.7% and 53.3% respectively.The markedly effective rate of control 1 group and control 2 group was significantly lower than that of treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion The Glycolic Acid Peeling combining with Minocycline is more effective in treatment of Avne Vulgaris than the Glycolic Acid and Minocycline respectively.关键词
