同质医疗护理模式在耳廓再造围手术期的应用
Application of Homogeneous Medical Nursing Mode in Auricle Reconstruction During Perioperative Period
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of homogeneous medical nursing mode in perioperative period of auricle reconstruction. Methods 96 patients with microtia treated in plastic surgery from July 2015 to August 2016 were Randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group. the control group received routine nursing, the experimental group underwent perioperative management according to the mode of "homogeneous medical care". Observation and analysis were done about the number of complications caused by improper protection of reconstructed ears and 'knowledge of perioperative period of auricle reconstruction and patient satisfaction in two groups. Results There were 3 cases of complication occurred due to improper protection of the reconstructed ears in the control group and no postoperative complication in the experimental group. Knowledge of perioperative period of auricle reconstruction and patient satisfaction in control group were significantly lower than that in the experimental group.the results comparison between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative management of microtia patients with homogeneous medical care model can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improvement of the knowledge about the perioperative period of auricle reconstruction can significantly improve the patient satisfaction.关键词
