锻造钼棒缺陷及检测方法的研究

Abstract
The typical defects'features, distribution and causes in forged Mo rods were introduced in detail.Meanwhile ,detection and preventing methods were thoroughly studied .The result shows that by metallurgical microscopy , typical defects such as coarse grains , ununiform microstructure and porosity in center region can be easily observed.These defects can be positioned and detected quantitatively by ultrasonic nondestructive tes -ting.Then the characteristic waveform for the typical defects , such as point shape and line shape , were carried out and analyzed.By combining metallurgical microscopy and NDT methods , the relationships between waveform and detects type were established , providing guideline for high performance forged Mo rods .关键词
