摘要
Abstract
The evaluation of vaginal microecology has certain advantages in the diagnosis of aerobic vaginitis (AV) and its mixed infections,which can improve the diagnostic rates of AV and reduce the rates of missed diagnosis.At present,microscopic criteria on wet mounts according to AV score is the main method in the diagnosis of AV,supplemented by the functional testing.However,functional testing needs to be unified and clinically verified,and further development of more specific preformed enzynes is needed,which is combined with morphological testing and optimization of different functional indicators to establish the standard evaluation system of AV diagnosis.关键词
