Abstract
Female vaginal microecology is a part of the body's microecosystem,which is closely related to the incidence of vaginal infection.The evaluation system of vaginal microecology provides us with a means to analyze and understand the changes of vaginal microecology.There are four key points in vaginal microecology evaluation system.First of all,the vaginal microecological diagnosis evaluation system should include two parts,the morphological diagnosis platform and function diagnosis platform,and the morphological diagnosis platform is more important;secondly,the morphological diagnosis platform should include three parts:the evaluation of the flora,the detection of pathogenic microorganisns and the evaluation of the disease state;thirdly,the functional diagnostic platform includes the detection of pH value,the evaluation of Lactobacillus function,the detection of microbial metabolites and the inflammatory reaction;finally,thc evaluation system of vaginal microecological diagnosis requires good control of quality.关键词
