摘要
Abstract
Women's vagina is a complicated,delicate,unique and dynamic micro-ecosystem.Vaginal microbiota(VM) is one of the core aspects of microecosystem study.Within the past years,the noticeable development of molecular biological techniques provides a brand new approach of VM research,especially the study of metagenomics based on high throughput sequencing techniques,by which significant progresses have been made in the perception of VM's structural composition and genetic functions.Furthermore,it opens a new era of VM research and underlying disease interrelationships.关键词
