摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the immunological functions of the recombinant fusion peptide Tα1-BP5 and investigate adjuvant effects associated with DTMUVA.In this study,ducklings were immunized with rTα1-BP5 combined with DTMUVA inactivated vaccine to detect the levels of IgG antibody,IL-4,IFN-γ,lymphocyte proliferation and virus neutralization.Virus challenge experiment was used to evaluate the immune protection of ducklings.The results showed that rTα1-BP5 could enhance IgG antibody level,increase the level of cytokine secretion,and increase the proliferation of lymphocyte in vivo and the titer of virus neutralization.The results revealed that rTα1-BP5 could enhance the immune responses in ducklings and protect the duck liver from damages.This study laid the foundation for research of immunological adjuvants for DTMUVA inactived vaccines.
