Abstract
The standardized training program for medical oncology residents is still in its starting phase.To improve the training quality,we should modify the existing teaching mode and methods,strength ethics awareness and humanistic concern,and perfect the evaluation and assessment system.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the overall strategies for quality improvement of standardized training for medical oncology residents in order to make a complete high-quality training and assessment system and produce more excellent medical oncology residents.关键词
