摘要

Abstract

The polarization curve tests and alternate wetting and drying corrsosion tests of A709 Gr345W weather-resistant steel and traditional Q345 steel were conducted in simulative ocean-atmosphere environment salt solution for comparison and analyses.The electrokinetic potential polarozation curves and corrosion rates under alternate wetting and drying condition were compared between the two type of steels.The results show that the atmospheric corrosion resistant index of A709 Gr345W steel is 6.3,conform to the requirements of the American A709 standards for building structural steel and G101 standards for resistance atmospheric corrosion of low alloy steel,and the weather resistance of A709 Gr345W steel is obviously better than that of Q345 steel.
