Study on A New Type of High-Strength and High-Plasticity Ductile Iron

Abstract
The design of the alloy composition of ductile iron was introduced,and the preparation method of high-strength and high-plasticity ductile iron was described in detail.The results show that,adding alloying elements and trace elements and improving the spheroidization process,the spheroidizing rate of theductile iron can be improved and the graphite refined.Thus,the pearlite and ferrite in the structure get a reasonable match,and the strength and plasticity are enhanced simultaneously,which are much higher than the corresponding national standards.The tensile strength of the ductile iron reaches 750 MPa at room temperature,the yield strength reaches 560 MPa,and the elongation is more than 7.5%.关键词
