K4169合金的高速磨削与形貌特征研究
Study on High Speed Grinding and Morphology of K4169 Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The high speed grinding of diamond single particle for K4169 alloy was researched with the grinding rate of 150 m/s,the microstrueture and grinding characteristics of K4169 alloy were investigated.The results show that there are a small amount of carbide distribution in the grain boundary of K4169 alloy after solid solution and aging treatment,and no other acicular brittle phase near the carbide.The nanoscale γ" precipitated phase exist in the K4169 alloy matrix,which has a better relationship of coherency or semi-coherent with the matrix.The K4169 alloy has a burr marks on the exit and entrance under the action of high speed diamond abrasive,the grinding surface is smooth,and a small amount of adhesive materials exist in local area.The grinding chips of K4169 alloy exhibit the serrate characteristics due to shear slip effect.关键词
