摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the problems of uneven hardening layer and too great local residual stress in cam position(l)of camshaft after induction hardening process,the heat treatment modules of SYSWELD software was used to establish the finite element model of induction quenching process based on heat transfer coefficient and the austenitic dynamics theory,and simulation analysis was carried out on the medium frequency induction hardening process of GCr15 camshaft,the thickness of hardening layer,hardness and residual stress field distribution of camshaft were obtained.The results show that the thinnest hardening layer only is 1.34 mm on the transition contour and the surface hardness is more than 700 HV,the residual compressive stress of the peach tip surface and transition contour surface reach-50 MPa and-350 MPa,respectively,under the heating power of 110~120 kW,the frequency of 5 600 Hz and the heating time of 6 s.
