摘要
Abstract
The alloy tubes for mechanical and electrical engineering were processed by low temperature process and large deformation,the effect of compression deformation and annealing temperature on rolling tube microstructure of the alloy and its evolution law were studied.The results show that,after hot extrusion deformation,dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization occurs in zirconium alloy tube,the grain size of more than 70% is less than 0.5 μm,while little grain size is less than 1 μm;after three rolling and finishing treatment,the cross section structure of zirconium alloy tube is folded in a spiral shape,and the longitudinal section structure is fibrous,and with the increase of deformation degree,the integrity of the complete grain is higher,the fibrous structure is more dense.After annealing,in the cross section and longitudinal section of the zirconium alloy tube,the structure is completely recrystallized,with the average grain size of 2.48 μm.关键词
