摘要

Abstract

The basic equipment for depositing TiC coatings on cemented carbide tools surface was analyzed to realize the reliable control of depositing substrate flow and temperature with S7-200 PLC.Application shows that the S7-200 control system has much more accuracy,and it can repeat deposition of cemented carbide TiC coatings.With PLC program control,it can reproduct the higher quality,and realize the modification control of the cemented carbide surface quality.
