摘要

Abstract

High Ti on the microstructure and mechanical properties of gray cast iron was studied.The results show that when the carbon equivalent is 4.2 %~ 4.5%,and Ti contem increases from 0.108% to 1.04%,the flake graphite cast iron with a large number of Ti carbide and carbon nitrides can be obtained.The matrix of the grey cast iron with 1.04%Ti mainly is pearlite,which has good mechanical properties,and high anti-wear particle attrition and tap water erosion resistant ability.
