V(C,N)中间合金对低合金超高强度钢组织及力学性能的影响
Influence of Intermediate AHoy on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Low-alloy Super-strength Steel
摘要
Abstract
The master alloy with nano-meter V(C,N) was added in molten steel of low carbon mico-alloying to refine grain,water quenching and isothermal quenching process were used to obtain different microstructures.The results show that,when its addition is 0.36%,the master alloy can effectively refine grain to 3 μm.The isothermal quenching at 260 ℃can obtain lower bainite structure to improve mechanical properties.关键词
