摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of manufacturing,the traditional talent training mode in higher vocational college can not meet the development needs.Under the union of local heavy leading enterprises and the financial support of Sichuan Provincial Economic Information Commission and Sichuan Education Department,the talent training mode of "work-learning combination and school-enterprise cooperation" was created,and the foundry training base with industryacademic collaboration was also constructured.After several year development,the effect is remarkable and it has a certain reference significance.
