焊接速度对7A04铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织与性能的影响
Effect of Welding Speed on Microstructure and Properties of Friction Stir Welding Joint of 7A04 Aluminum Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The 7A04 aluminum alloy sheet was welded by fiiction stir welding process at different welding speed,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding joint were studied.The results show that the size of the grain in nugget zone is much smaller than that of the base metal.The mechanical heat affected zone is in the outer edge of the stirrer,and obvious tensile deformation happen under the effect of mixing head.The grain in heat affected zone is significantly coarsening.The hardness distribution of the weld zone at different welding speeds shows "W" shaped,the joint is softened,the hardness of the weld zone is lower than that of the base metal,and hardness peak appears in the nugget area,the lowest hardness is in the heat affected zone.When the rotational speed is 800 r/min and the welding speed is 120 mm/min,the joint formability is the best.The tensile strength is 410 MPa,which is 75% of parent metal strength.关键词
