两种国产铸造数值模拟软件的应用
Application of Two Kinds Domestic Casting Numerical Simulation Software
摘要
Abstract
In order to compare two kinds of domestic casting numerical simulation software,taking investment casting production process for vehicle installation seat~ as an example,| six kinds of investment casting processes were formulated using Pidex platform to do 3D modeling,and using InteCast or Hycast software to carry out numerical simulation.Trial production~ was carried out under six kinds of process cases.The appearance of the casting was observed to verify the simulation results of casting CAE.Comprehensive comparison results show that both of the two domestic casting numerical simulation softwares can meet the needs of casting production.关键词
