Biofilm Formation Characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to investigate the biofilm formation characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes.[Method]To investigate the characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes biofilm at different incubation times (8,16,24,32,40,48 h),24-well plate method was used to cultivate biofilm,and quantitative and qualitative data were obtained by crystal violet staining assay and light microscopy.[Result]With the increase of culture time,the biomass of Listeria monocytogenes biofilm increased gradually,and the biofilm went through the process of adhesion,microcolony formation,macrocolony formation to mature.[Conclusion]The results provide a theoretical basis for the related research of Listeria monocytogenes biofilm.关键词
