小型高分辨率中阶梯光栅光谱仪光学设计
Optical Design of SmallHigh Resolution Echelle Spectrograph

Abstract
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the demand for small size and high resolution cannot be meet at the same time for conventional grating spectrograph,an optical design method of spectrograph based on the echelle as the core dispersion element and the reflection prism as the auxiliary dispersion element is proposed.Firstly,the basic principle of the echelle is analyzed in detail;Secondly,the optical design of the instrument is carried out from the aspects of optical path design and component parameter design;Finally,an echelle spectrographwith a focal length of 150 mm,a spectral range of 200 nm~600 nm and a theoretical spectral resolution of 0.1 nm is designed.The simulation and experimental results show that the spectral resolution of the designed spectrograph is 0.023 9 nm at Hg 253.652 nm and 0.061 nm at Hg 546.074 nm,which meets the requirements of design specifications.关键词
