Abstract

Volcanic rock reservoir lithology in southern Songliao basin is complex, the reservoir heterogeneity is strong with corrosion pores and fractures, various types of reservoir and complex gas-water relationship.Phase identification of lithology and lithofacies, effectiveness evaluation, reservoir fluid properties discrimination are key problems for log evaluation.In view of the volcanic rock reservoir characteristics, we use micro-resistivity scanning data with core data to depict different imaging features of lithology, structure.With tectonic imaging mode image classification and integration, spectrum of primary porosity, secondary porosity as well as fracture treatment results, we have established the quantitative discriminant index for the effectiveness of different reservoir types.The apparent formation water resistivity spectrum is used to discriminate volcanic gas layers.Through practical application, the electric imaging data play an indispensable role in volcanic reservoir exploration evaluation.
