Performance Evaluation Method of Shaped Charge Penetration

Abstract
In order to make up for the deficiency of the physical test of perforation and improve the design method of shaped charge, based on dynamic analysis program AUTODYN, a numerical model to evaluate the penetration performance of shaped charge is developed in Lagrange algorithm.The shape of perforation tunnel concrete target for concrete target is described, and the dynamic response of perforating gun, casing and core in the process of perforation are researched.Comparing with the perforation target experiment value, the penetration depth numerical error is 4.27% and the diameter numerical error is 5.26% for concrete target, so its numerical result is reliable.From the results of dynamic simulation, we can obtain critical data of the shape of perforation tunnel, the burr height of perforation gun and casing, damage of target and the thickness of crushed zone, which provides a basis for improvement of design method of shaped charge and optimal program of model number.关键词
