摘要

Abstract

With the popularization of electric vehicles, as the main charging equipment, the security problems of electric vehicle charging piles can not be ignored.In order to guarantee stable and safe operation of the charging piles, it is important to detect them on a regular basis.Due to the weakness of weak charging piles detection in our country under the present situation, considering the requirements for on-site testing, according to the 2015 national standards and the charging process standards, a portable DC charging piles automatic detecting system based on LabVIEW was developed.This paper firstly elaborated the whole structure of the charging piles detecting system;and then it introduced hardware design and software design;finally through actual operation, the testing result showed that the system can general test on the DC charging piles conveniently and quickly, so that it can improve the detection efficiency on charging piles and ensures the safety and stability of the charging piles operation.
