湄公河流域水资源合作开发利益协调机制研究
Research on Interest Coordination Mechanism for Mekong River Basin Water Resources Cooperation and Development
摘要
Abstract
As the largest international river in the southwest of China, the Mekong River has give rise to the strength concerns of the parties inside and outside the basin because of the interest conflicts in the watershed countries.Based on the stakeholder theory and benefit sharing theory, it analyzed the interest main body of water resources development and their demands in Mekong River basin, and found the interests convergence point of the stakeholders.Then it built the benefit coordination mechanism of water resources cooperation development in Mekong River Basin from three aspects: the benefit distribution, the benefit restriction and the benefit compensation, so as to provide reference for the solution and avoidance of the interest conflict in the development of water resources in the Mekong River Basin.关键词
