Optimization Design of Efficient Middle-Distance Magnetic-Resonance Wireless Charge Coil Suitable for Electric Vehicle Charging

Abstract
This paper focuses on an optimization design method of efficient middle-distance magnetic-resonance wireless charge coil suitable for electrical vehicle charging. First, optimization design is carried out for the structure of charge coil, based on research of magnetic-resonance wireless charging principle, and a square coil is enwound with multi-stranded wires connected in parallel, with multilayer coil added to improve the transmission efficiency; then, the optimal working frequency of circuit is optimized and selected through experimental comparison validation. The transmission efficiency reaches over 85% when the optimal working frequency is 55 kHz; finally, the relation curve between the relative displacement of coils and the transmission efficiency is analyzed. The maximum transmission efficiency is 85% when the relative displacement is 18 cm. The experimental result shows that the optimized charging coil raises the transmission efficiency obviously.关键词
