基于有限元的制动模架静强度与疲劳强度分析
Analysis of static strength and fatigue strength of brake frame based on finite element method

Abstract
Taking the suspension brake frame of a motor vehicle group as the research object,4 kinds of combinations of exceptional load cases and 4 kinds of combinations of operational load cases were analyzed by finite element analysis.According to EN12663,the static strength of brake frame was analyzed.Based on WN12663 and BS7608,the fatigue strength was analyzed.The results showed that:under 4 kinds of combinations of exceptional load cases,the Von.Mises stress 233.6 MPa in the second.Kind of condition was maximum and did not appear to exceed the allowable stress 300 MPa are corrected by assurance factors.So,the static strength was qualified.Under 4 kinds of combinations of operational load cases,the maximum principal stress 29.65 MPa in the second kind of condition was maximum and did not exceed allowable fatigue stress 40 MPa of class F weld joints,is proposed in BST608.So,the fatigue strength of brake frame was qualified.关键词
