摘要

Abstract

The paper summarized the working principle,special advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic metal welding,and introduced the current domestic and foreign researches on welding mechanism,processes and organizations,performance,and reference value to the establishment of ultrasonic welding standards in thin aluminum,copper and nickel metal ultrasonic welding.In addition,the researches on the simulation of ultrasonic welding temperature field and its guiding significance for the research of ultrasonic welding mechanism were introduced.According to the limitation of the development of ultrasonic metal welding technology at present,the research direction that needs to be strengthened and broken in the future is summarized and prospected.
