Abstract
The weld range specified for post weld heat treatment(PWHT) was determined based on the related requirement of ASME Section Ⅲ,Division l,Subsection NE,and especially on the structural style and material requirement.Considering the features of the construction,furnace heat treatment applies to joint between penetration sleeve and reinforcement plates.Local PWHT shall be used for longitudinal weld,circumferential weld,as well as the joint between reinforcement plates and CV ring weld.To avoid welding distortion,adopted the method of heating symmetrically for single or multiple longitudinal weld,and segment heating for circumferential weld as well as reinforcement p late weld in equipment hatch.The width of the heating zone,the width and thickness of the insulating zone are determined by experiments,to ensure all temperate temperature of 595 ℃ ~ 620 ℃,meeting design requirements.关键词
