摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the signal detection complexity is too high in generalized spa-tial modulation( GSM) system,this paper proposes a low complexity detection algorithm based on phase de-cision. Firstly,transmit antenna combinations are sorted according to an ordering criterion,then the symbol vector for each ordered transmit antenna combination is detected by zero forcing( ZF) equalization based on phase decision,and finally the constellation modulation symbols and the active transmit antenna combina-tion are obtained. The analysis and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively re-duce the searching scope for receiver and provide similar bit error rate ( BER ) performance to maximum likelihood( ML) detection algorithm with 98% reduction in computational complexity.
