摘要

Abstract

As typical loads with thermal energy storage property, air-conditioning loads possess potential to provide reserve capacity for power system when it suffers from large power shortage. To incorporate and maximize utilization of air-conditioning load reserve resources, a decentralized self-discipline control strategy of air-conditioning load group was proposed. Mechanism of air-conditioning loads' aggregated power oscillations caused by inappropriate decentralized control schemes and"pickup" caused by load recovery scheme were analyzed. Based on this, the decentralized self-discipline control strategy was presented. In this strategy, each air conditioner adjusted its upper and lower temperature limits autonomously, keeping operating state of the load group unchanged before and after the control application. Therefore, the oscillations could be avoided. A segmental load recovery scheme was employed to avoid the"pickup". The control characteristics and principle of parameter choice were thoroughly analyzed. Simulation results verified effectiveness of the proposed control strategy for air-conditioning load group.
