摘要

Abstract

In the practical production, heat stress results in decreasing growth performance, weakening immunity and decreasing meat quality of pigs, and brings serious economic loss to the pig industry.Therefore, it is of great important significance to guide the practical production to study the effects of heat stress on intestinal health, immune system and meat quality in pigs.This paper reviewed the effects of heat stress on intestinal health, immune system and meat quality and its molecular mechanisms, summarized feasible measures and provided a theoretical basis and guidance for alleviating decline of growth performance and meat quality caused by heat stress in pig production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2017, 29(2) :374-381]
