Research Progress of Mycotoxins on DNA Damage of Different Cells
摘要
Abstract
Mycotoxins widely exist in feed ingredients and human food, causing serious economic losses and posing a serious threat to animals or human health.Mycotoxins can affect cells growth, and result in oxidative stress through increase the generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) , causing DNA damage.Hence, this review summarized the effects of mycotoxins on DNA damage of intestinal, liver, kidney and nerve cells.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2017, 29 (2) : 403-409]关键词
