摘要

Abstract

The effect of waterborne epoxy resin on the hydration and strength of cement mortar was studied by adding waterborne epoxy resin into the cement mortar.The effect of waterborne epoxy resin on the hydration product of cement mortar was studied by means of X-ray powder diffraction, thermo-gravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electronic microscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy microscopy.The results show that the polymer film of waterborne epoxy resin delay the hydration of cement and can reduce the compressive strength of the cement mortar.When the ratio polymer/cement is within 2%, the water-based epoxy resin can improve the flexural strength of cement mortar.
