介入治疗对合并糖尿病的老年急性心肌梗死患者心脏功能影响的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:Objective: To observe the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on cardiac function of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods: The elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups,PCI group and control group.The patients were given anti-neurohormone drug and then were followed up 6 months.The heart function and changes of ventricular remodeling were compared in statistical aspect between two groups.Results: The improvement of heart function and change of ventricular remodeling were significantly different in statics between two groups.Conclusion: PCI can significantly improve heart function and inhibit ventricular remodelling of the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus.关键词
