从阴火论治糖尿病下肢血管病变临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease from Yin Fire Theory

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the theory of Yin Fire in treating diabetes-related lower-extremity arterial disease.Methods:100 patients with lower-extremity arterial disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with each group consisting of 50 cases.The patients of the control group were given subcutaneous insulin injection to reduce blood glucose,as well as other therapies like promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dilating blood vessels and neurotrophic therapy.The intravenous administration was stopped 20 days later and the patients were medicated with fundamental glucose-lowering treatment.As for patients of the observation group,based on the control group,they were medicated with self-prescribed therapy according to the theory of Yin Fire,once daily by decoction.Patients of the both groups were treated for 3 months consecutively.The clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,ankle-brachial indexes (ABI),cardio-ankle vascular indexes (CAVI),C-reactive protein contents and pretibial artery diameter of patients of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the ABI,CAVI,TCM syndrome score of patients of the two groups had great difference,which showed statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the differences between the observation group and the control group after the treatment also had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The differences of the two groups in terms of C-reactive protein content and inner diameter of the tibial artery before and after treatment had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the differences between the two groups in such aspects after treatment also had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Treating the diabetes-related lower-extremity arterial disease based on the theory of Yin Fire has significant effects,and it can increase ABI and CAVI and decrease the TCM syndrome score,C-reactive protein content and the inner diameter of tibial artery.关键词
