桃核承气汤联合肠梗阻导管治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床研究
Clinical Study on Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Treated with Taohe Chengqi Decoction Combined with Intestinal Obstruction Catheter

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of adhesive intestinal obstruction treated by Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with intestinal obstruction catheter.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided irnto three groups,in which the patients in A group (n =21) were treated by Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with intestinal obstruction catheter,the patients in B group (n =21) were treated with intestinal obstruction catheter,and the patients in C group (n =20) were treated with nasogastric tube.Composition of Taohe Chengqi decoction:Taoren (Peach) 15 g,Guizhi (Cassia Twig) 9 g,Shengdaihuang (Raw Rhubarb) 15 g (later),Gancao (Licorice) 6 g,Mangxiao (Mirabilite) 6 g (Dissolving).The clinical curative effects were observed,and the time of the abdominal pain,abdominal distension disappears,the ratio of changed into operation,white blood cell count and the level of CRP,TNF-α were observed.Results:Clinical symptom such as abdominal pain and distension of the patients in A group were relieved quickly,the rate of changed into operation declined.On the 5th day of treatment,the leukocyte count,the level of C RP and TNF-α of them was dropped significantly.Compared with the patients in group B and group C,it had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:It has the good clinical curative effects of adhesive intestinal obstruction treated by Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with intestinal obstruction catheter.关键词
