中西医结合治疗血液透析患者抑郁症临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Depression in Hemodialysis Patients with Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Meigui Jieyu decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression in hemodialysis patients.Methods:88 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,44 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given regular hemodialysis treatment and nursing,including:hemodialysis,3 times per week,4 h per time,the blood flow of 200-260 mL · min-1,dialyzer area 1.5-1.8 m2;diet and cxercise guidance;correcting anemia;blood pressure control;treatment of various complications.The treatment group was treated with Meigui Jieyu decoction based on the basic treatment,and the control group was additionally given paroxetine based on the basic treatment.Evaluated the clinical efficacy,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Scandinavian stroke scale(SSS) score,BI and Barthel index score in activity of daily living scale(ADL)of the two groups after 2 courses of treatment.Results:HAMD score,SSS score,BI score and Barthel score of the observation group better than the treatment group(P ＜ 0.05),the effective rate of treatment group 95.5 ％ was significantly higher than the control group 77.3％ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Meigui Jieyu decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression in hemodialysis patients has significant effect,which can significantly improve the depressive state of hemodialysis patients and less adverse reactions.关键词
